GK-288R 88-Key Keyboard CaseReviews
Nice Big Sturdy CaseThis case works well with large 88-key keyboards (e.g., Alesis QS8.1). The padded velcro straps really hold the keyboard in place no matter how much you bump it around. I sold the Alesis and purchased (downgraded) a Korg SP-200 (which also has 88 keys). The Korg is a MUCH smaller 88-key keyboard and really this case is too much for it. But again, the straps hold it in place. If the case came with additional foam padding (like the SKB cases) it would be better for the smaller 88-key keyboards. If the 76-key cases were just a tad bit bigger, I could use one of those to house my 88-key Korg. Anyway, I end up just carrying my Korg without a case sometimes b/c the case is so big. However, this is not the fault of the case. It is a very sturdy case and the wheels are great. I've not had any problems with it over the last 1.5 years. It can at least withstand my weight of 170lbs (sitting or standing) too.
