Great jazz box for a great price!I've had mine for almost two years and I just LOVE the tone! Absolutely love it! You have to be careful if you're playing with overdrive because there's a lot of feedback (it IS a hollowbody), but you can learn to control it, and man, this thing can pack a punch!
And then you can play it clean (I have an Ashdown Pacemaker 60 Head w/ Class A tubes and double 8-ohm Celstian speakers) and you feel like George Benson! This guitar is far more versatile than it looks, although you're not going to be playing metal or prog rock with it, obviously. If you're looking to do that, don't get this guitar. If you're looking for a powerful guitar that can play the sweetest of clean tones and can give you some major crunch if you need it, this is right up your alley.
Go to a store and play it along with other jazz guitars of higher expense. It can hold it's own, and it's $1000 less expensive. A highly recommended instrument.
