VERY Fast - well madeI got the 1 GB version. It is 7x faster for large files vs. my old Sandisk Micro 512 and it's at least 10x faster on multiple small files. I use this for regular backups of 250MB of small (less than 1 MB) files and it's terrific. It is solidly made (it's not the lightest weight). It's very slim and about average length for a thumbdrive. The slimness is good when you have something else plugged into the adjacent USB socket. My old drive didn't work well with extension cables or the front socket on my desktop (power consumption issue). No probs with the OCZ Rally. The black aluminum would be discreet and nice looking except for the tacky "RALLY" logo. If you need speed, this is the one to get.
